How to modify a KE award for two people

How to modify a KE award for two people

Hi, a friend and I booked a trip on Korean first class SFO to HND with a stopover in Seoul. We are on two separate confirmation numbers under our individual Skypass accounts. I now think a different flight from GMP to HND would be more convenient and there are two award seats showing as available.

I think I understand that the change fee would be ~$27 per person and it would be possible to modify the timing of the GMP-HND flight since we haven’t even begun the trip yet. But I’m wondering if it would be possible to change both of our itineraries simultaneously so we don’t risk only one of us getting it through successfully. Do you think it could all be done with a single call with one agent, or would each of us have to call independently and hope for the best?

    Thanks for your help!

I think you could call and explain what you’re wanting to do. KE agents are generally pretty good.
