I’m flying Etihad Business LHR-AUH on Saturday 5th Nov, is there anywhere in the lounge or terminal where I could get a haircut? Sorry for the inane question!
Hopefully I will get an upgrade to First Class too, they must be sick of me ringing up by now…

Per heathrow.com there is a hairdresser in the T5 arrivals area.

That was the only hairdresser I saw referenced on the website but you may want to play around with it a bit more.
