Hello. Is this feature automatic, or do I have to request a credit on a particular charge?

I’ve made a few airline purchases since I got the card, but haven’t seen a credit. Perhaps it takes a few billing cycles?

It is supposed to be automatic. If you don’t see it within a couple of cycles I would call.

I purchased tickets on July 4 and received my $250 credit (automatically) on July 18. I recommend calling Citi to ask why you haven’t received your credit.
