Tried on many occasions tried to get the CHASE10 discount to work with BA flights from JFK to Heathrow but got the following error message The length of the longest flight in your journey is not valid with promotion code CHASEBA10..

Spoke the BA gold line no help thought that you guys could direct this problem to the appropriate person
