Change from AMEX Plat Personal to Plat Business

My annual fee for the Plat Personal is due in a couple of months, and I think I’ll switch to the Plat Business. This is a direct consequence of the boneheaded “upgrade and higher fee” decision for the Plat personal. Has anyone else done this?
