Am I the only one that ever wonders how BA gets away with its extortionate “carrier imposed charges” relative to other airlines. How come this is not on the radar of the appropriate governmental bodies for review ?

Because unfortunately it’s allowed legally and the (minority) percentage of people who care deeply about it don’t have the political resources to change the situation :(.
