Canceling Citi Thank You Flight

Canceling Citi Thank You Flight

  1. Anonymous Guest

I booked flights for my parents a week ago and the plans have changed and they can no longer use the flights. Is it possible to cancel flights booked with thank you points? What are the fees etc…just wondering if anyone has gone through this before.

Mark, per the TY points website “All airline tickets, hotel, car rental, vacation packages, cruises and activities booked in exchange for ThankYou Points are nonrefundable, nonendorsable and nontransferable”. You could try calling the airline directly to see what they might charge for change/cancellation fees.
