    Do what? Earn miles and points? Yes and no. You’re certainly welcome to sign up for the airline frequent flyer programs from any airline as well as participate on deals for purchasing miles.

    For the credit cards, it’s all US based, meaning you’d have to have a a US SSN or Taxi ID number with an established credit history in the US before you can apply and be approved for credit cards.
