Assignment of flight attendants

Assignment of flight attendants

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hello Lucky,

Since very long I wanted to know the following, but never found the answer:do you know on what base airlines decide which attendants get to serve in economy, business and first?

Is it random each flight (I read a report of one airline that makes the flight attendants switch on the next flight) or are there some other airlines where they connect certain attendants to a specific class?

    Thanks in advance,

    A new reader,

    Sam

It really depends on the airline, I think.

Some airlines allow crew to bid on certain flights and I would assume they also bid for which cabin they’d like to service.
