AerClub Avios booking for a friend

My friend is looking for a cheap way to get back to the US from SNN in a few weeks and I found a decent deal on EI for SNN-JFK using Avios (AerClub). He does not have any points of sorts so this would be me using my Avios to book for him and he is flying alone – I would not be with him. Is this allowed? I know some programs have fine print stating that redemptions cannot be for anyone but those in the same household, etc. but I have not found anything for AerClub Avios yet that says so. If anyone has experience with this, any information would be helpful!
