The $99 annual fee IHG One Rewards Premier Business Credit Card is a lucrative business card. We’ve just seen a best-ever welcome offer rolled out on this card, making it an ideal time to apply.

IHG Business Card best-ever welcome bonus details

For applications through May 15, 2024, the IHG Premier Business Card is offering a limited-time welcome bonus, which can earn you up to 175,000 IHG One Rewards points:

  • Earn 140,000 points after spending $4,000 within the first three months
  • Earn an additional 35,000 points after spending a total of $7,000 within the first six months

As a point of comparison, previously the card offered a total of just 140,000 points. I value IHG One Rewards points at 0.5 cents each, so to me, the bonus is worth up to $875.

Note that you’re not eligible for this bonus if you have or have had this exact card. However, you are eligible if you have or have had either of the personal Chase IHG cards, including the IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card (review) or IHG One Rewards Traveler Credit Card (review). Furthermore, Chase’s standard application rules apply.

Why you should get the IHG Business Card

With my hotel strategy, IHG isn’t my primary hotel group, but I still strategically find lots of value with the program, given IHG’s huge global footprint. There’s significant value to having the IHG Premier Business Card, including:

Bottom line

The IHG Premier Business Card has a limited time welcome bonus of up to 175,000 IHG One Rewards points upon completing minimum spending. This is the best offer we’ve seen on the card since it was launched in 2022.

On top of that, the $99 annual fee card is worth holding onto, given that it offers an anniversary free night award, IHG Platinum status, up to $50 in annual United credits, and more. This card really is a no-brainer if you’re eligible, and I’m tempted to apply, as I currently only have the personal version of the card.

Anyone plan on picking up the IHG Premier Business Card with this bonus?

Not a good deal. Make SUBs Great Again! Chase/IHG continuing the trend of watering down subs...Its basically the normal SUB but prepaying and additional $7k for points that are redeemed for WELL LESS THAN a 1 cpp. Although amex can be criticized about much, their SUBs continue to remain very enticing and competitive.
