Ok. I watched it. Once is enough. Worse than the Qatar soccer safety video from a few years ago. And much too long. Can we please get back to short, basic, to the point safety videos?

i don't find it funny, but just annoying. Not sure why they adopted him...I always felt like he is a bit forced in comedy. For example, Rock can be just naturally funny without trying hard and he has a better personal image than him. Overall, too much unnecessary stuff for the safety video, not entertaining so I stopped watching after 30 seconds or so. Maybe it is just me....
Crap. That video is REALLY annoying. Who wants to start a trip being bellowed at by some DAF dude, over a tinny Boeing speaker. It already sounds awful at home on good speakers. And how about the bit with him shouting into his phone using the speaker, and not headphones. Do Qatar want to encourage people using their phones like that onboard? Ugh. Sorry, but the alleged humour was lost in translation for me, what was funny? Very juvenile.
I guess the only consolation is Qatar use B777’s out of my home port (Brisbane) and those things are so danged loud, especially the air-con, that you can’t hear much anyway. I think there is a safety issue in that if you can’t follow the bellowing, then with so much out-of-aircraft footage, who knows what the hell he is bellowing about.
I heard Delta's plane is so unique they're designating it as A350-100D! Go Delta!

What was Qatar thinking? Would never see something this obnoxious on Singapore. Who thought this was a good idea, for anything other than a one-off?
