Ben, will you be covering JonNYC’s post about the UA/AA battle in ORD?

When I was looking for two rewards seats on Jet Blue, the website wouldn't tell me if it had access to award seats unless I already had the miles in my account. I had to text a Qatar CSR only to find out that they didn't have any access despite the fact that only two of twenty-four Mint seats had been booked at that point. Pitiful.

Qatar Airways webmasters are appalling. Lazy. It's never quite hit the mark when you compare it to on-board. I have been a Platinum since 2013. Still amazes me how they don't get the "detail" right. Ever.
