It'd be better if they made it retroactive for all those that are currently booked to travel (as the circumstances haven't changed). That said, I'd prefer and would book if they did another 50% off redemption promotion.

That and well, they specialize in hugely devaluing their program with no-notice devaluations that I read about on some blog somewhere.

Yeah, those points aren't worth much with the Delta devaluation, so probably not worth it.
