Both P2 and I have the Bilt Blue cards. Mortgage, kid's monthly dorm charges and utilities are 'housing payments' split between the 2 cards and happy to earn 1x Bilt points on these housing payments by using the credit card to charge gym fees, home insurance, club fees, etc which hit the cards on the 1st of each month for 2x Bilt points. The Bilt Blue is a perfect 'set it & forget it' card. Prefer the simplicity of Blue over Obsidian and Palladium.
BILT blue is the best value really - once you factor in the $50 bilt cash/25k points earned, and assuming you have a mortgage, it’s actually closer to 2.4-2.5pts/dollar on all spend up to 75% of your housing costs for the best transfer partners with no AF and no coupons. If your spend ceiling is >25k, you would even hit BILT gold status and unlock various perks like home away from home, again all with no AF. If you pair with the Wells Fargo autograph you have a fee-free transferable points set up that earns 3x travel, dining, and 2.4x on everything else.
