Radisson Offering 3,000 Points For App Booking

If you’re a Radisson Rewards member and have plans to book a stay sometime soon, there’s a great offer to use the app. Radisson Rewards is offering 3,000 bonus points for your first eligible booking of two or more nights that you make through the Radisson app:

• Since a separate Radisson Rewards Americas program has been launched, this is only valid for stays with the “other” Radisson Rewards program, covering 550+ hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific
• This applies for stays with Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson
• The bonus will automatically be applied to the first stay booked using the app
• Free award night redemption stays, Points + Cash redemption stays, and non-point eligible stays, are not eligible for this bonus
• The promotion can be used in conjunction with other points eligible rates and offers
• Bonus points will be awarded the same time that the stay otherwise posts to your Radisson Rewards account
• There’s no published end date for this promotion

Personally I value Radisson Rewards points at ~0.3 cents each, so to me that’s like the equivalent of an incremental $9 return on a hotel stay, which isn’t half bad.

As mentioned above, unfortunately this only applies to the global Radisson Rewards program, and not the new Radisson Rewards Americas program, which was formed in mid-2021. The reason for this new program was due to requirements by the US government to limit how much information is shared with the Chinese government (Radisson is owned by a company controlled by the Chinese government).

Bottom line

Radisson Rewards is offering 3,000 bonus points when you make your first app booking, and that can be stacked with any global promotion being offered by the program. If you have any upcoming Radisson stays outside of the Americas, make sure you take advantage of this offer to maximize your value.
