Why is my flight delayed

Why is my flight delayed

  1. Anonymous Guest

How do I find out the official reason my flight is delayed. I have a flight with a EU carrier, the inbound is late, but how do I find out why it is? Secondly, if the inbound is delayed does that same delay reason i.e WX apply to the return so that is the reason it is delayed. Would I be applicable for EU 261 then?

Some times the airline will tell you on their website. Otherwise, apps like FlightRadar24 might. I usually use the latter to check where the aircraft is coming from and see whats going on.
