Anonymous GuestI am a Delta FF Diamond Million Miler. On a recent flight to Australia the inflight entertainment system failed. The Virgin Australia purser issued compensation letters to passengers for either a $ 350 AUD travel bank credit towards future travel or 35,000 Velocity points. Which is worth more? How can I monetize? VA will not provide as a Delta credit.
