What is going on with United???

What is going on with United???

Granted, they aren’t the most loved for a reason- I get that. I would avoid them entirely if I could, but unfortunately because of where I live and travel for work there’s not really a way to do so.

Today, was the 13th – yes, 13TH!!! - flight this year that I’ve had canceled or massively delayed. This seems like an excessively bad track record. And the most compensation I’ve received is a sorry-you-were-stuck-in-Denver-for-two-days-water-bottle.

So what gives? Has the weather really been that nutty? Really disorganized management? Disgruntled employees?
