Return Virgin Miles for One Way on Virgin Australia?

Return Virgin Miles for One Way on Virgin Australia?

  1. Deb TwoHoots New Member

    Hi,
Today I tried to book a ONE WAY flight from Adelaide to Brisbane on Virgin Aus, using my Virgin miles.

I called the Virgin flight club who had seats available. However, they wanted me to use 30,000 miles for the trip. The call handler said this was the return cost and she could only book a return trip and I would just forfeit the return leg.

    Can this be true???

I would call again and ask another agent. According to their mileage chart, that one way flight should be part of Zone 2 with one-way pricing below:

Yes, you were so right. Booked one way 15,000. Thanks for the advice.
