QR blocking partner awards again?

Couple weeks ago I was eyeing QR flights (using AA miles, searching via BA) for travel to/from Doha from the US in July and August. It seemed nearly every flight had 2+J available but now I’m finding absolutely nothing in either direction. I read that they were blocking award space due to an IT glitch but is this still the case? I see space for flights DOH-JNB-DOH but bothing US related.
