Bigglesgirl72 New MemberI thought that aa.com had resolved all their issues with baggage not showing on award bookings booked on the website when they started showing Qatar and Etihad again. How wrong I was! Just booked a Qatar run from SIN-DOH-BHX, no baggage showing on either the aa.com ticket or the Qatar website. Have just checked with American and lo and behold…..no free baggage allowance, so I’d have to pay $57!

The worse of it? American admit the problem but won’t do a thing about it. I had the same issue on an Etihad ticket and they simply re-issued it with the correct baggage allowance on it, not this time. Flat refusal
Has anyone else still been having problems with this issue?
