Qantas airlines blocked seats

Qantas airlines blocked seats

This is the seatmap for QF82 from Singapore to Sydney on an A330-200 (attached image). The blocked seat at 46A is my currently selected seat. As you can see, rows 23- roughly 32-34 are blocked as per ExpertFlyer. I read on flyerTalk that this is for the QF elite members which is fine and fair. But my question is this: I am a One World sapphire member as an AA platinum member. Is there no way I get preferred access to these blocked seats? Even if my priority is after the QF elites (even if they are equivalent or one world ruby), is there any way I can select these seats (online or phone call or email) before they open up to the general economy class group? Thanks in advance for your help!
