PointsPro submit request returning blank webpage, no email confirmation

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky or Tiffany,

I’m trying to submit an initial request to your PointsPros service, but have done it twice now and only get a white, blank webpage after I click the Submit Request button. Also don’t get an email confirmation.

I didn’t see a contact email address on the pointspro.com website and your Facebook page suggests posting here rather than sending a message.

Not sure what the technical issue is — I’m using Mac OS 10.13.2 and Safari 11.0.2 (both current).

Could you get in touch and let me know if there’s a better way to submit the request? Should I try Firefox?

    Thanks,

    Chris

Sorry about that! We implemented some new security protocols, which apparently created a new host of problems.

The good news — any requests submitted in the interim are apparently being stored in the website, so they’re not disappearing into the ether. The bad news is that I don’t know how to get them out yet.

All that being said, if you’ve made it to the point of posting here on Ask Lucky, you probably don’t need to pay someone to book your travel. We’ll all be happy to help in the forums here 🙂

Annnd, looks like we’re back up. Give me a few (several) hours to get through the hundreds of requests that have now been dumped in our inbox, and we’ll get back to you.
