Anonymous GuestDelta just awarded my wife and me each 20,000 miles for the most miserable end to a vacation imaginable (24 hours on an airport floor with promise of a hotel room and meal vouchers that never materialized). What can we do with it? We don’t fly Delta very often.

Some award flights on Delta can be had for 20k SkyMiles or less. If you have Amex MR points, you can transfer them there for an award as well.
