Fares will vary based on your dates, but here is Ben’s review: https://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2017/07/13/meridiana-business-class-767-review/

Tranacria – It’s important to remind that Meridiana (now Air Italy) is taking delivery of some A330-200 dry leased from Qatar. They will feature flat beds in J class in a 2-2-2 configuration, as per “il Corriere della Sera” (http://www.corriere.it/cronache/18_febbraio_22/gli-aerei-nuovi-sedili-costi-487e6ebe-1832-11e8-b6ca-29cefbb5fc31.shtml)

B767 are likely to be deployed on routes to west Africa (MXP-ACC, MXP-LOS, MXP-DKR) and/or other routes semi-charterd from tour operators (Caribbean, Indian Ocean) and gradually stored as B787-8 and B737MAX are being delivered.
