I am considering buying a biz class flight from FCO to MIA via MAD on Air Europe. I noticed that on the portion from MAD to MIA this is flown on Lot Polish metal. Would I get points on AC Aeroplan? Or do I give them my Sky Team Delta number?

Since Air Europa is a SkyTeam member, give them your Delta number. If for some reason you don’t get credit for the flight on LOT, you could probably later call LOT and give them your Aeroplan number just for that leg of the journey.
