Anonymous GuestDid anyone else experienced huge problems when booking LifeMiles awards during holiday season? Especially the payment process seams like not working at all so my booking hangs somehow in the air. I have a booking PNR but not paid taxes yet. Calling them they say the only way is to wait for a callback from their payment collection department but this could take up to 3 days…..I am wondering if my seats are secured in the meantime….
