jet airways or Finnair business class??

jet airways or Finnair business class??

  1. gina Y New Member

    Hi all.
I am about to book a New year’s trip to Thailand from London.
I’ve seen some good business class fares from Jet airways and Finnair.
I flew to Bangkok with Jet 2 years ago, and tho I enjoyed the product and onboard experience from London to Mumbai, I hated to the changeover in Mumbai, which was slow, shambolic and stressful.
I would like to try Finnair, especially their new A350 plane but I’m unsure whether I will get that aircraft in Dec 2016.
Jet is actually cheaper, but Finnair will be a 2 hour shorter joureny, plus, apparently Helsinki is a much more efficient hub.
    Which would be better?
Or should I stump up the extra $400 and go Etihad?
    Thanks for your help

looking at flights it seems the HEL-BKK segment both ways would be a350 almost every day while the LHR-HEL segment and back is a319s, a320s, a321s and sometimes even a350s

Royal Jordanian making a stop in Amman seems to be one of the cheapest options as well (two 787s)
