Issues receiving email notifications of new blog posts

    Hey OMAAT Team!

    I’ve been an subscriber to email notifications of new posts on the blog since 2013, but for some reason I haven’t received emails about new posts since September 8. It still shows that I am following the site on WordPress. Anyone else had similar issues / developed a workaround?

    Not sure, unfortunately. Not many people follow through WordPress, so this is the first I’ve heard. Maybe try unfollowing and refollowing?

    Hey Tiffany,

    Sorry for being ignorant — I can’t seem to get anything to work, I unfollowed on the WordPress page that comes up when I click “manage my subscription” on one of my old email posts, but now it won’t give me the option to refollow.

    Separately, I tried to sign up for the newsletter on the main page of the blog, but it said I was already signed up, but I still don’t get any emails…

    Bottom line is that I really liked getting emails when you guys publish new posts — is there some way with the redesigned website to make that happen (sorry if I’m missing something obvious — behind the technology times)?

    Hey [USER=423]@Zed[/USER], thanks again for the heads up on this! It looks like something was disabled because something else had some kind of update. I don’t really understand it, but the short story is that it should be working shortly, please let me know if it isn’t!
