I earn United mileage thru my Chase credit card and I have 165,000 miles now. Will that mileage be reduced with the new program?

Hi Jes, no, United won’t be changing the number of miles you’ve already earned, with the new award chart you might not have enough miles for the ticket you may want. For example, I picked a random Tuesday in February for Chicago-Paris flights. If you want to fly in premium economy, for some routes it’s 98K one way while on other routes it’s 120K.
