    did search but can’t find answers, if AMEX decide to cancel all my cards after the FR, how many days do I have to transfer my MR points out? or I will lose all my MR Points?

    I believe you are allowed to transfer out points (although it’s been a while since I read about this). You should ask about the transfer timeline. If you have access to your account I would transfer proactively.
