Grand Hyatt Bali refuses to honour written confirmation

Grand Hyatt Bali refuses to honour written confirmation

  1. Bengali New Member

Lucky we have a family get together in Grand Hyatt Bali for which reservations are made online 5 months in advance and their front office manager having confirmed 4 complimentary suite upgrades with suite room numbers given. I have the record of whatsapp chat in writing form them. However now closer to travel hotel is giving only one suite upgrade. Being Globalist till 2020 can this be escalated or any other way you suggest this be handled. Thanks

Did you apply and confirm your Globalist Suite Upgrades through your Hyatt Concierge or the Hyatt contact center, or is this a favor the property was doing for you?

If the latter, I’m not sure it’s reasonable to expect a hotel to give out four complimentary upgrades, to be honest. The upgrade benefit is intended to be for a single room of a stay, that is occupied by the Globalist member. Anything beyond that is extremely generous.
