Hello, I have a question about the global entry receipt printed out at the kiosk. It always has an “X”over my picture, is that normal? I did not proceed to the nearest passport control lane, and was waved through the customs lane as normal.

That happens to my friend who’s fingerprints arent great so the kiosks have some trouble.

It may also have an ‘X’ because of answers to customs questions. I regularly carry food and it always forces me to go through agricultural inspection.
