David W Community AmbassadorI have a daytime layover in SIN this coming October but I’m eligible for EY chauffeur service. Would I have a problem ordering a pickup at a specific time and place, like the Marina Bay Sands at 4pm or something? Or does it have to be a hotel?

Nope, I’ve ordered it from residential addresses before. I’m assuming as long as the time is reasonable to get to the airport you should be fine.

What if it was an intersection somewhere in Singapore? Like, Raffles Quay and Marina Blvd, for example

Not familiar with that particular location but if there was a business or other address you’d definitely be fine. In my experience, someone usually calls you the day of pick up to coordinate so you should be fine with even the intersection.
