I understand that Emirates uses the Asiana lounge for departing flights. Can Emirates F passengers use the Asiana F lounge, or do all Emirates F+J passengers use the Asiana J lounge?
Also, are Emirates passengers allowed into the lounges in the main terminal, or only the lounges in the satellite terminal?

I believe it is the OZ F lounge in the satellite terminal.
