Denied global entry?

Hi all!

Has anyone been denied approval for the global entry program? I’ll be traveling over the holidays and figured I’d use my Citi Premier card to apply for the global entry perk. I just checked this morning and was denied?

I can’t for the life of me figure out why. I’ve never had any issues at entry ports in my life, have no criminal record, nothing.

Anyway, I’m trying to find where to make an appointment in Los Angeles to speak to a supervisor but the website isn’t exactly helpful.

Any clues?

Thanks for the link!

I’m appealing it now, but from what I’ve read it’ll be MONTHS before they get back to me. And even if they do, they seem to no be very helpful in clarifying why you were denied. And the appeals are final.

Well, there was a waste of $100… =/
