Delta MQD Calc Errors

Delta MQD Calc Errors

  1. Anonymous Guest

Recently, I’ve had two instances where Delta did not post my MQD’s correctly. I did contact the Platinum Desk and they were both resolved, but I wanted to bring to your member’s attention. The first instance there was no good reason, it was just wrong. I expect 80% or more of the purchase price to post as MQD and on a recent trip it was more like 50%. So I contacted them and complained, they researched and agreed and changed it within 24hrs. I did a change to a ticket last week and the price went from 550 to 1192 but they only posed 102 per segment, they obviously didn’t take into account the new fare. I went on to their chat and after a long time (25mins or so), they resubmitted the ticket for reprocessing stating it would take 7 business days. Just wanted to make your readers aware, they should check this after every flight and challenge if it doesn’t make sense – after all, it’s a qualification requirement. Thanks! JRF
