Do the seats recline flat for sleeping ?

Depends on the airline! Most business class seats do these days, but some are still angle-flat.

Depending on the distance of your flight (short-haul), a business class seat may just be a recliner style seat that is slightly larger than economy class. The lie-flat seats are typically reserved for long-haul international flights.
