    I have 75000 miles on Venture Capital one card and want to use it towards a business class seats you Italy Also have 70000 miles on Amex Delta platinum card

    The Capital one venture is effectively an cash back card, 75K miles=$750 in paid airlines tickets.

    For miles/point the Venture is useless.

    Might work as a cashback card in some cases.

    Is this the Amex Card you have?

    If so you have 70K miles with Delta and standard award prices true Delta apply.

    Which should be a oneway J ticket to Italy, kind of hard to be sure since Delta don’t publish charts anymore.
