Best Sky Team FF program

Best Sky Team FF program

Hi guys, avid reader (and occasional commentator) for many years.

I thought I would get your views on the best Skyteam program given that I now need to join one.

I have elite status with One World and Star Alliance, but have so far not flown with SkyTeam at all. I now have a couple of flights with China Airlines and wanted to sign up to maximise benefits.

I guess the following info is relevant, I’m based jointly in Australia and the U.K. I travel frequently between the two as well as extensively in Asia. I very rarely travel to North America so Delta likely to be of limited value. In terms of airlines I may actually use in Skyteam then Air France or China Airlines most likely, but I’d be very surprised if I ever reached any of the higher tiers.

Anyway all thoughts welcome – what would you recommend?

If you don’t think you’ll reach the higher tiers, is your goal the most redeemable miles? If your flights are already booked on China Airlines, you can check wheretocredit.com to see the best earning rates
