Anonymous GuestHello guys. I’ve been trying to book First and Business award on EK from Alaska for travel in June and July 2016. It seems like all of the space are phantom space :(. I called Alaska and the rep told me she has been seeing this all day and there were many people like me calling in about this problem?? I guess the only options now for me is to either wait for them to fix this or book with another airline?

You could try calling back and trying to speak to someone else but if the information is accurate then those would indeed be your only options. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
