Love the website Lucky and team, congrats.

Market leading content.

Big fan of Amex Plat and am on my 3rd card in 12 months after 5 years of subscription.
However:
– 3 times fraud actual v none from other cards of similar length
– New card is plastic. Not the staunch metal from a year ago.
– CS seems to have moved from “yes we can” to “no we can’t” in 12 months

I love Amex, but not sure I want to pay for a plastic card v what others are offering, amongst other issues.

Time to change i think?

Jimmy have you called and asked for a metal card? Personally the metal card would be the least compelling reason for me to hold the card. However if you are not happy with the product then there are certainly plenty of other premium card offerings out there!
