Hi all,

I have an Amex Platinum and recently signed up for CSR. Is there a way to use both priority pass memberships for myself and my wife?

You could but you might be at the mercy of the front desk people at the lounge. I usually don’t see them paying much attention but they might balk if you gave them two cards with the same name. I would have you and your wife present cards separately. YMMV unfortunately.
