Anonymous GuestMy brother has accumulated AS miles and would like to use it for Business Class tickets PDX-KUL and then return COK-PDX. When I look at their website (I am EXPLAT on AA and Gold on *A), the only choice given is EK . It would be better for my brother to fly CX from west coast via HKG and then perhaps come back with EK from COK. Do I have to call them ? As an EXP on AA, the level of service on the phone is excellent, my brother does not have status. Would I be able to get him the above routes? or does he have to just go via DXB? Thanks very much. I am based in HAV and I will join him in KL , flying QR from MIA or WY from LHR or CDG, using AA or EY miles

The AS website does not display CX results. Try searching the BA website and then call in once you find the flights you need.
