This is easily one of the most spectacular views I’ve ever had from a hotel room.
Yes, that’s the Taj Mahal in the background.
And yes, those are dancers on top of the building.
I do have one serious issue, though. Remember when you first flew business class and thought you could never go back to coach? Remember then when you flew international first class for the first time and felt like you could never go back to business class? Yeah, well I’m kind of having that issue with hotels at the moment. I’ve now stayed at one Aman hotel and one Oberoi hotel, and the service has been indescribably good at both. The experience has been unlike anything I’ve experienced at any other hotel before. The Aman hotel we stayed at last night had five employees per guest. I’m screwed, because it’ll sure be tough to go back to a “mainstream” brand after this!
