Kimpton has announced that they'll be making some changes to their inTouch loyalty program in July 2014. These changes include additional tiers and perks. The real question is whether these will be positive or negative changes.

I just wish the rates were more competitive. I've never stayed in one because I find them to be more highly priced than competitors.
There are a lot of complaints about changes that Kimpton seems to have already made, reducing award availability and downgrading IC amenities, on Flyertalk. Those negative changes were unannounced; I'm not looking forward to the announced ones.
Not to sound to cynical, but "Based on feedback you've given us" is starting to sound an awful lot like the new "enhancements".
