$500 for a Joburg property is ufff for me. I would never have pay more then $300 for that city and when you can find a lot of great upmarket properties from other hotel chains in the range of $100-200, I don’t see the point of such luxury property
At those prices and pictures you might as well stay the the Saxton or Four Seasons
Some of the chairs look particularly uncomfortable and impractical. The pair of chairs positioned at the foot of the bed in the first few photos look embarrassingly dumb.

The Four Seasons Westcliff seems to have higher rates than the PH. Why not? Even in Asia there are numerous 5 star options but the true luxury options command a premium.
With just 31 rooms, this should be a great hotel. I find service in South Africa to be pretty good, and with so few guests, this place should be great.
