Do not like the global AA CC. Poor customer service. Tried to use the $100 advantage credit towards properties booked via Advantage. POOR experience. Was assured three times it was an eligible transaction. Never received the credit! Tried to communicate with CITI a few times.....it was like talking to a potted plant. POOR!!
