Of course, everyone forcibly converted last month to Citi Globe from Barclay's Aviator, got totally screwed on this. It was inevitable though, and I had no expectations otherwise. Only perhaps that Citi might wait a decent interval, when some of us haven't even been sent our new Globe cards yet. Definitly makes me chuck my Globe card (when it arrives) to the bottom of the sock drawer.
Don't see how Citi/AA gets away with one free check-in suitcase but only on domestic flights on what should be a premium credit card. Amex/DL gives one free check-in suitcase worldwide.

If you fly once a year with some and use the Companion Ticket, lounge access, hotel credit, inflight credit and check a bag the card is an easy money maker.
Was just approved. As it is primarily my wife and I that travel and we already have the Executive card, which gives us Admirals Club entry, unsure of how to use the Admirals' passes. Rarely do we travel with other family members or friends. I gather I must be present for them to use the pass, correct?
Ben, it would be helpful to mention if there are any foreign transaction fees charged.
I learnt it the hard way when I used my previous Cit card overseas and was charged whopping foreign transaction fees.

Besides, the card is literally called ‘Globe’… maybe they should’ve gone with ‘50-States’ instead.

The card wants the cardholder to spend spend spend ; as in dumb dumb dumb .
